The Team
Built by operators. Not by technologists who discovered a market.
The team behind Groflex has spent decades inside enterprise supply chains, building, running, and fixing them. We know this problem because we lived it.
Why we built this
Every supply chain generates signals. Temperature readings, inventory levels, fulfillment rates, compliance flags, the data has never been richer. And yet most operators are still making the decisions that follow those signals in spreadsheets and phone calls. Not because they are behind the times. Because nothing safe enough to trust with those decisions existed.
The AI tools that were supposed to help surface recommendations that nobody acted on, because there was no governed layer to approve them, audit them, or route them to the people who could act. The signal layer and the decision layer were completely disconnected. Millions of dollars of working capital stayed trapped. Food kept getting wasted. Compliance kept getting managed by hand.
Groflex was built to close that gap. Not with another dashboard. With a governed decision layer that earns the trust of enterprise operators by making every recommendation visible, every approval traceable, and every outcome documented.

WHO IS BUILDING THIS
Groflex is the execution layer above the ERP for regulated supply chains.
A threshold is crossed and the record opens the minute it happens. Every available response is priced. Company policy is checked by article number. The decision is routed to the named person with authority to make it. The approved action is written back into the system of record. Every step is logged as one artefact.
Humans keep authority. Machines keep continuity.
The team
- AmitFounder and Chief Executive
Fourth company. Owns the category, the round, and revenue. Sells daily.
- SatishCo-founder and Chief Information Officer
Owns how the system is built and run. Architecture, platform, engineering delivery.
- HiteshChief Technology Officer
Owns what the system must do and must prove. Product, AI and machine learning, and the trust layer: certification, data governance, audit trail integrity.
- BervanHead of GTM, Europe
Owns everything after a customer says yes. Delivery, customer success, expansion, and European operations.
- CharlieFounding Engineer
Platform, the decision record, and the reasoning layer.
- GauravEngineer
The interface. Console and web.
First names only. We are a small team working with named customers under confidentiality, and we would rather our operators’ privacy came before our own visibility.
