How we state numbers.
Every figure on this site carries one of three labels.
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Measured | Derived from a customer's own operational data, using the timestamps, unit values and thresholds present in their own systems, replayed through the platform in a controlled environment. Where a customer has signed an outcome document, we say so and name the period. |
| Modelled | Computed from a customer's data using our KPI-to-value mapping, with the method disclosed. Your figure is produced from your data. |
| Illustrative | Computed on typical industry inputs where no specific customer data is involved. Used to show the shape of a problem, never to represent a result. |
Outcomes depend on your data quality, your processes, your thresholds and your approval structure. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, forecast or warranty of any particular result.
We will share the calculation behind any figure here on request. Ask for it.
